Wetpaint was contacted by Nestle South
Africa on the first day of work in 2010. The need? An urgent
conference to inspire and motivate the Nestle Professional team for
the next ten years.
Our team leapt into action, and in less than 4 weeks had developed
an incredibly exciting Star Trek inspired theme that took over 150
passengers to the stars and beyond!
After an action packed 4 weeks, our team embarked upon the MSC
Sinfonia and proceeded to knock the socks off of each and every one
of our guests.
With great thanks from Nestle, every person had a great time, and
following the event, Wetpaint Advertising has pitched on several
exciting new projects for the word wide conglomerate. We look
forward to posting more exciting news soon!

Rocla
Concrete? How do you make concrete
exciting? That was the question we asked ourselves when we were
first approached to pitch on the ROCLA account. ROCLA are South
Africa’s leading supplier of pre-cast concrete, and are one of the
best kept secrets of the industrial and commercial sectors in SA.
Our team took an extensive tour of the ROCLA factory and discovered
some incredible things about concrete. Putting our thinking caps on,
we pitched an incredibly creative advertising campaign featuring
several unique South African Icons which had been covered in
concrete.
Wetpaint Advertising was awarded the pitch and currently is
executing work for ROCLA all over the country in many exciting new
formats, including print publications as well as developing a brand
new internal newsletter that is as fun and exciting for the reader
as working at ROCLA is for WPA!

QuickBooks
Our team was contacted by QuickBooks
in late 2009 to develop a brand new strategy to propel their
products sales into new heights in 2010. Plagued by various issues
such as late releases of new software, and the gigantic spend of
their opposition (Pastel), our team knew we had to do something
special to get the job done.
After an exhaustive pitch process, Wetpaint Advertising was awarded
the account, and in conjunction with the Media Shop and Purple Cow
Media in CPT, got to work producing a complete media schedule,
creative execution and online campaign.
Following the campaigns successful flighting across several radio
stations and many more magazines, sales at QuickBooks have never
been better. And indeed, QuickBooks is now finding more budget to
increase their spend and focus on an activation campaign for the
second half of 2010.
There is no better proof of fresh thinking that works, than when
your clients go looking for more budget to spend with you!

BFR
In November of 2009 our team was
contracted by BFR digital to create a completely new look and feel
for the brand as well as a dynamic marketing campaign that would
boost both sales and awareness of the company.
Following intense brainstorming sessions, our team developed an
incredibly creative campaign focusing on the future of technology.
Providing a completely new Corporate Identity and new packaging on
products.
Following the completion of this process our team engaged in a full
marketing campaign including traditional print publications as well
as an extensive online campaign. Creating massive discounts and
exceptional added value our team provided this small client with the
advantage of using a major advertising company to extend their
budget and garner exceptional return on investment.

2009 is yet another scintillating year for Wetpaint Advertising,

Wits Language School
Our team was approached by the WLS to
tender for the account. The brief was to raise the profile and
awareness of the school amongst business owners and travellers
wishing to improve their language skills. After several rounds of
intense pitching, our team won the day with our innovative “The
business is out there” campaign…

Global Foreign Exchange
Our team was approached to refresh and
revise the Global Foreign Exchange Corporate Identity and to begin
work on a marketing strategy to raise revenues and increase
awareness of the brand. The Global Foreign Exchange will be heard on
several radio stations in the next few months…

Contempo
Wetpaint Advertising was approached by
Alice Wear Fashions to pitch on the account of Contempo Clothing
stores across the country, from shop fitting and point of sale,
through to store launches and above the line branding. After some
robust pitching, Wetpaint landed the deal, and our work can be seen
in any of the 30 stores nation wide today…

A prestigious account by any means,
Credit Guarantee are the largest private insurer of imports and
exports in Southern Africa. Our team was called in to put a dash of
creativity and speed into the brand, and our work can now be seen in
many of the large business publications and magazines across the
country.
